Privacy Policy

What information do you collect?

Your email address and password (stored as an irreversible hash). If you sign up with Google, I also store your Google account ID. I track who recruited whom and your recruitment totals. The site also logs your IP address for rate limiting and security purposes. When you accept the terms of service or privacy policy, I store your IP address and browser user agent alongside the version you accepted, as a record of that acceptance.

What do you do with it?

I use your information solely to operate this site: authenticating you, tracking recruitment, and sending you emails you've opted into. I'll never sell your data or display your email address to anyone else—not even to the person who recruited you or your recruits.

Who else has access to it?

The site runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (hosting, database, and bot protection). Emails are delivered through SendGrid. If you sign up with Google, your account is verified through Google's OAuth service. These providers process your data only as needed to provide their services.

What about cookies?

The site sets a few essential cookies: a session token to keep you logged in, a security token to prevent cross-site attacks, a short-lived token during Google sign-in to bind the OAuth flow to your browser, and occasionally a temporary cookie for status messages and for recruiter codes during the signup process. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Deleting your account permanently scrubs your email, password, and Google ID from the database. Your place in the recruitment tree is preserved with anonymized placeholder data, so that other members' totals remain accurate. A record of which policy versions you accepted (with the IP address and user agent at the time of each acceptance) and a log of which marketing emails you received are retained for audit purposes. Deletion is irreversible.

Can I access or correct my data?

You can view and update your email and password from your account page, and export a copy of all your data.
